Caitlyn specializes in Therapeutic Massage Therapy and bodywork. She trained with Bobbi for nearly a year fine tuning her technique and continues to advance her skill set with monthly trainings with Bobbi. Caitlyn specializes in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She also offers reiki, facial massage therapy and private yoga lessons.
Sheila graduated from an intensive 2,200-hour Clinical Massage program in 2016. Since she has worked with physiotherapists, chiropractors and at a high-end spa. Using a variety of techniques, Sheila has the experience to quickly identify the most effective ways to treat the body, improve circulation, and bring deep relaxation to her clients. During a session she can utilize modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Stretching, Cupping and Hot Stone.

Bouchra has been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. She specializes in Therapeutic Massage Therapy, specifically cervical spine issues. During her career she has had the privilege to work with the 49ers & Stanford Football players.Her treatments are a lovely blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy with a hint of Lomi Lomi. She also offers Reflexology, Prenatal, and Shiatsu.
Rae started her massage career in 2014. She specializes in myofascial, triggerpoint, and sports massage therapy. She also performs passive stretching, cupping, hot rock therapy, Graston/gua sha and Prenatal. She has worked with elite athletes and a lengthy variety of special populations from all over the globe.
Bobby has been practicing holistic bodywork since 2002 and massage therapy since 1995. Being site challenged, Bobby felt it was a natural career path. His intuitive and structural based sessions are infused with deep tissue, circulatory flushing and myofascial release to aid in the mobilization of tissue. He offers full body sessions with localized acute areas with the intention of educating clients on how to manage. Acupressure and reiki are often utilized as well.
