TRX for Posture

Rounded shoulders is a major issue we see on the daily. Technology is great but it takes a huge toll on our bodies. Posture trends over the last 20 years have shown rounded shoulders, forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt are the major contributors to many common ailments we face in a technology driven culture.
